The rental location is far; the pickup store is 8 kilometers away from the airport. They can be contacted to arrange shuttle service to and from the airport, but the staff and shuttle vehicle had no company logo, making it feel suspicious like an unlicensed vehicle. Additionally, they couldn't provide a receipt upon returning the car.

I prepaid 90% of the car rental fee, but the rental company unilaterally canceled my order. This behavior is simply fraudulent.
