The staff went to handle other matters (there was only one person), encountered a traffic delay on the way back, resulting in me picking up the car more than an hour late. This made my trip to Makaino Farm in the Tokyo suburbs a complete waste of a day as they stopped selling tickets at 2 PM due to their training. The staff's apology seemed sincere, but the customer service and management were full of excuses from the very beginning and were extremely perfunctory when discussing compensation. The vehicle cleanliness was average, the scratch and collision repairs were rough and untimely, and the car was very old!

Pick up was inflexible. My baggage was lost and I requested them to wait but they were not able to. In the end I came out 1 hour late as I needed time to settle the admin and they left. I had to go to the city to pick it up costing us a lot of inconvenience and money
