Thanks for your comment getting back to us. Usually, the car rental company will withhold a deposit as a guarantee when picking up the car. If the car is not damaged/stolen and no payment is due after the rental, the deposit will be fully refunded. Generally, the car dealer will release the deposit for you about 30 days after you return the car. If you have not received it by then, you can contact us or the car dealer to help check. The rental company closes at 3 PM. If you arrive late to pick up the car, they cancel the booking even though I paid in full. They don't reserve the car or issue a refund. The only option is to pay extra for an upgrade, and the price difference for the upgrade is 1.5 times the original booking.
