Everything was smooth and straightforward, without any unpleasant experiences. Car pickup was hassle-free with no unnecessary upselling. Drop-off was quick and efficient.

Not bad

Picking up the car was very convenient, but even though I arrived in Los Angeles very early, I still had to return it early the next day. It would be more considerate if there was a 1-2 hour grace period. Also, I was charged an extra $7 after returning the car for some unknown reason.
