Great website.

The staff was very friendly and patient. You can handle the rental at a self-service kiosk, but our domestic driving licenses still needed to be verified at a manual counter. All the fees were clearly explained, and there were no ambiguous charges. As we were about to leave the airport in the rental car, the inspector found that our selected car was still under maintenance because its license plate had expired. They immediately brought another car for us. In the process of changing cars, we carelessly left our phone in the original car. The staff quickly called the person who had taken the original car and had it returned, so we got our phone back. Overall, the car rental process was very smooth, and the staff had excellent attitudes.

We almost paid double the price. They added extra insurance and refueling services that we didn't need. Luckily, we checked the bill before going through security and noticed the amount was far off from our reservation. Since RentACar website had no consultation option, we went to the counter and explained the situation. The staff was helpful and canceled the extra charges. We were fortunate! The counter service advised us to always check our contract before taking the car. We couldn't relax for a moment; if we had noticed this back in our country, it would have been impossible to resolve.

Car was great and service was excellent and easy.

Wouldn't hesitate to return to Alamo for my next trip, very easy throughout collection and drop-off and staff were pleasant as well. We all appreciated the speed at which we had our car considering we had been travelling for 15 hours and to have zero hassle was great. The online check-in option was a fantastic time saving option.

Prices were very competitive and the deal I received I was very happy with. The website was really easy to use and the insurance options given (and taken) with AXA were great as well. Wouldn't hesitate to return to this company for my next car rental.
