Very satisfied! Completed the car rental procedure online, and it took only two minutes to pick up the car on-site. I even got an upgraded RAV4, super happy. The staff at the counter had already prepared the car keys after the flight landed. The handover was completed quickly after checking the rental documents and reminding me to use E10 fuel. The service is excellent! When we arrived, all documents were ready, making the car pickup very simple and fast. The vehicle is very new and performs well. When returning the car, we left the keys at the hotel reception next door as agreed, even though it was outside their working hours. The next day, Hertz called to confirm the return details, showing great credibility. The toll bill was sent via email later, very clear with no extra charges. Also, no need for a driver's license notarization.
