After the initial delay at pick up everything went smoothly

I was charged £40 extra a day for insurance when i took out cover with QEED, this nearly double the cost of the hire.

We booked a Mercedes Vito but were given a Fiat. Later, we upgraded to an automatic Volkswagen Transporter for 7 people. The rental company demanded an exorbitant upgrade fee of 2000 pounds (an extra 190 pounds per day!) which was even more expensive than other companies' rental fees for a 9-seater automatic at the same time! However, since we had already paid for the manual car, we had to upgrade with them... The vehicle already had several scratches, but they weren't all recorded on the inspection sheet. When returning the car, the company charged us an additional 450 pounds for a minor scratch on the roof. It feels like this company exploits customers to claim insurance. Will never use this company again!

Your price on the site does not match the amount you have to pay. About additional payment of insurance, the client finds out only on the pick-up point. All this looks like fraud towards the client .

Hard to find bus to go to rental place, would of been nice to be told it was a hotel hoppa bus we needed.

Quick and easy service. The car was clean and had loads of great features. Also an upgrade from the Fiat 500, I got a Peugeot 208. Such great value for money. Friendly staff. No complaints from me.

Had never used Easy rent cars before, but will again, the price drop rebooking service was fantastic. So cheap that I cancelled my 1 day booking and extended it to 10.
