Enjoyed the experience/car rental.

The process from pickup to return was very convenient. I booked a Golf but got a Corolla instead, which turned out to be just as good. In fact, the Corolla's power and fuel efficiency were excellent—no wonder it sells so well. I will rent a car again when I come to Vancouver next time. Highly recommended!

Super easy … much smoother than most of my rental experiences from the big companies. Very helpful staff. Car only had 1/4 tank but everything else was great.

No. I had to wait over an hour for pick up, which no one showed up so I had to get a taxi. Upon arrival, they did not provide the car I booked, but gave me a car that had 2 cracks in the windshield, no air conditioning and scratches in various locations. Also, a different language was spoken in front of me with other staff members, not professional at all. This was by far the worst experience renting a car. I am requesting for a full refund.
