The rental company is easy to find. After completing the paperwork, they give you the key and parking spot number. You just pick up the car yourself from the parking lot, very convenient.

Beware of upgrade traps. They mentioned a free upgrade, but it ended up costing money, and it wasn't cheap.

The billing from the car rental company was completely different from what was advertised on the website. They inexplicably charged us more than three times the original price. My friend rented the same car model from Avis, which was more than half the price compared to Hertz. Also, the Hertz San Francisco Airport branch didn't have the Mustang model at all.
