I booked a Golf, but the staff gave me a Hyundai. The Europcar employees were a bit rude, clearly they had a Golf but didn't give it to me.

Very disappointing. Reserved a car, but upon arrival, they said there were no cars available and couldn't tell us how long the wait would be. We had to pay extra to get a different car, and the only option was an Audi A7. Without informing us of the price, they charged an additional 1,400 euros to my card. Up till now, I have no idea what this charge is for.

Waited at Frankfurt Airport. The car I booked wasn't ready. The rental company asked me to pay extra for a different car, but when I refused, they finally got me the same model. The return process was smooth; they just checked briefly and it was all good.

Our flight arrived early at Terminal 1 of Frankfurt Airport, but the car pickup point was at Terminal 2. Germans are very strict; at Terminal 1, we were told we could only pick up the car at Terminal 2. It took some effort to find the pickup point at Terminal 2, which is located under McDonald's. We had to pick up the car at the exact time on the order because the car wasn't ready yet. We bought supplementary full insurance on the QEEQ website, but it didn't show up in the German order. Luckily, there were no accidents. Adding an additional driver costs an extra 50 euros, but the insurance must be purchased through them to be covered.

The rental company made a mistake with the terminal. I booked a Passat, but they gave me a Peugeot 3008 instead. It seems the Peugeot 3008 is cheaper. Fortunately, the car comes with a navigation system, which is quite convenient.
