The staff responsible for the car inspection during pickup was very meticulous in noting any issues. He also helped with luggage during dropoff and was very patient and kind. The only concern was that the pre-authorization hold was a bit high, possibly due to the car model. Hopefully, the authorization can be finalized quickly.

It was our first time renting from Alamo. The process was quick, we didn't have to wait in line. The staff was very professional and friendly. We crossed borders into Bosnia, Serbia, and Montenegro over 22 days. The rental company charged us a 50 Euro border fee. We met other travelers who were charged 60 Euros for crossing just one border. Alamo seems more reasonable. Towards the end, we scratched the car door at a guesthouse. It was a big scratch but didn't need bodywork, just paint. We talked to the staff about insurance, but they said it was fine, no need to worry about it.

Everything was great. Fast and good customer service. No crowd. The car is even bigger than I expected.

It would be much professional (and relaxing) if the company would send us a confirmation mail or SMS after getting our car and keys back.
