Call centre staffed in Philippines - no idea of local operation in Brisbane or vehicles etc... reluctant to transfer to local office. Call centre advised that desk would be open til midnight as my flight was delayed. However internaltional desk was not staffed and had to go all the way to domestic terminal to collect car which added over 60mins. Wish I was told this could happen in advance.

Great as always

Overall good. We have been charged for extra 4l of gas at the end (though we refilled to full 3kms from the airport). Time at the counter was longer than necessary (comparing to other renters, which seem more efficient).

Paid for a Range Rover but was given a Toyota Kluger

Like: Very efficient check out and return. Time taken on pick up to ensure that the gears, parking brake and fuel cap location were made clear. Great service
