Car was MG3, not inspiring but adequate for the purpose. Agent tried hard to upsell additional insurance which we did not want.

The service staff had an average attitude. Customers need to handle issues on their own.

The car was a bit small and we had to push down the seat to fit our two big luggage but other than that a smooth experience

Bit confusing as to who is who in this process; Trip v Bargain v EasyRent? Desk at Hobart not signed so followed map link sent to us in email and ended up in car park at rental kiosk no longer used by anybody. Apart from the confusion on pickup, the experience overall was really good; staff at airport were great and car was clean, economical and very well priced.
