Great service, nice helpful friendly staff

The pickup point was near impossible to locate. They spoke of a 'pink P" sign to stand near, but it could not be seen and was not known by airport staff we asked.(We finally saw it and it was only visable from the incoming road) The pickup vehicle did not have any log on it, and we were finally told the last 3 digits of the registration.

Was a little difficult with language. We are kiwis and all staff Asian descent. We did not really know about the 3rd party insurance arrangement. When we brought no excess insurance the thought of having to pay an excess and then claim it back sounded a little dodgy. thankfully we had no incidents.

Car was a lot older than expected from displayed picture at booking.

We received a larger car than expected. Given the very good price, we were a little wary of the company, but there were no problems at all
