The price is indeed cheap, but I also felt the indifference of the staff. For example, on the first day, due to a scratch accident, I had to return the car to the rental company. They were in a hurry to get off work, urging us to finish signing and swiping the card, trying to get rid of us without considering our subsequent needs, only wanting to break ties. EZU Duplicate charge my rental fee, after call to QEEQ customer service and EZU, got refund. But give me a bad experience and waste my time during travel.
