Avis at Frankfurt Airport is too bad! They really disappointed me. They asked me to wait and didn't return the extra money, which really disappointed me. AVIS was very disappointing. They damaged the trust customers had in them. I had already informed them that I had bought full insurance in China through QEEQ, but they still charged me for another full insurance and refused to refund. They charged my credit card 1500 Euros. Resolving this issue took me several days and a lot of energy. Over the phone, they were indifferent and unwilling to solve the problem. In the end, I had to drive to the site to resolve it, which severely affected my overall good mood throughout the trip!
