Efficient and with a great service attitude.

The rental company doesn't open until 10:00 AM on Sundays. We wanted to return the car early, but the parking lot flatly refused to let us in. We had no choice but to drive around the streets of Tbilisi, which are full of police and cameras. We were worried about getting caught for traffic violations and also concerned about the fuel we had just filled potentially being wasted. Hopefully, the rental company can improve their coordination with the parking lot in the future.

The service from this big company was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They even helped us handle traffic violations and saved us the service fees.

The order was confirmed for car pickup in Tbilisi, Georgia, and dropoff in Baku, Azerbaijan. However, at the pickup, I was informed that I couldn't drop the car off in Baku, forcing the order to be canceled. Not sure if it was the rental company's fault or the platform's.
