The car rental company was easy to find. It was my first time renting with Wheego, and I had to fill out forms and verify my driving license. The staff was very patient, even giving me a map to guide me to pick up the car because of my limited English. When returning the car, the staff inside were also very friendly. You only need to hand over the keys to them. I received an email the next day. Now I'm just waiting for confirmation regarding the deposit, which might take a few days.

When I arrived at the T1 store, there were no cars available. They said they didn't know how long I'd have to wait because they didn't have drivers to bring the cars from the parking lot. Then they told me to take a bus to the T2 store to pick up the car.

This car rental company is terrible. Avoid it!!! The car had no engine oil when I first drove it. The deposit was charged directly instead of being held.

They gave me a car that needs service (at least 70 days past). I E-mailed customer service but never get a respond.

처음 계약한 차종과 다른 것은 상관 없었으나 사고차량으로 문짝이 많이 찌그러져 있고 앞뒤 스크래치가 많이 심함. 연락되기까지 시간이 많이걸림. 나중에는 이미 알고 있다고 했고 남은 차종이 없어서 그렇다고 했음. 차 성능은 괜찮았음. 직원들과 연락은 어려웠으나 친절히 설명은 잘해 줌.
