Very good, had to wait to pick up the car but they gave us coffee vouchers to relax at the nearby cafe. The car was ready right after we finished our coffee.

The store was easy to find, but the staff were not very friendly.

Hertz's service attitude is great, and the process is very quick. You just need to return the keys when dropping off. Although the dashboard warning light came on while driving in Queenstown, Hertz staff replaced the car with a newer and better one immediately, which is commendable.

The pick-up and drop-off procedures were very simple and fast. High efficiency, good service, no extra selling or hidden charges. The rented vehicle was well maintained and looked about 90% new.
