Totally irresponsible , unreliable and wasted my time waiting to pick up my car. More than 30mins

It was my first time using National, so I was extra cautious. When the car arrived, I took many photos and videos to record everything. The staff at the counter were very polite. During the car inspection, as with other rental companies, there were minor scratches on the car and wheels. The staff was very helpful and quickly documented the noticeable scratches and reassured me not to worry since I had photo records. Returning the car was also quick. The staff mentioned that the 10,000 ฿ deposit would be returned within a week, but it took two weeks for the bank to process the refund. I will definitely use them again.

It was a little hard to find. The car had plenty of scratches and dents but the agents marked them down - even the smallest ones.

Great prices. Much cheaper than booking directly by 25-30%. Really Good support when I wanted to extend the rental. Prompt & efficient.

Because we wanted to drop the car off a few hours later than pick up, National made us make a second reservation for the same day and charged double the rate of our original reservation. Come to find out after paying all the extra and spending an hour at the booth we could have cancelled everything and rebooked for 3 days instead of 2 and a separate one and spent way less. It was a really poor experience. Also because we were told and required to do it the way we did our second reservation was a nicer car but we were downgraded to the car of the first
