The overall process was good, and the car was in great condition, very clean at pickup with no hidden fees. However, the only downside was that when I returned the car, they said there was a small scratch on the tire and that it needed to be completely replaced (nearly 10,000 THB, very expensive as the daily rental rate was only 190 RMB). Honestly, I didn't hit anything during my rental period, so I'm not sure why there was damage. Maybe I missed it when I picked up the car. Fortunately, I had insurance, but it really affected my mood.

I waited nearly an hour to pick up the car, while the person behind me got their car in just over ten minutes. It took three reminders for the staff to finally bring the car. The drop-off location is far from the airport, but the staff kindly drove us to the airport after completing the return procedure.

It's right inside the airport, but it's a very small counter. I was very disappointed to rent a 100,000 km old model car. I can't believe HERTZ still has such an old car. Everything else was good. I don't recommend renting the JAZZ, it's uncomfortable for long drives and not ergonomic at all.
