Overall, I'm fairly satisfied. Initially, the car's condition was poor, and during the trip, I noticed a bulge in the tire. After negotiation, I was provided with a better-conditioned Chevrolet. Thanks to Zuzuche and their efficient customer service.

Avoid Hertz. The specified Volkswagen model was not available, even after walking around the entire parking lot twice. The real issue came afterward. The so-called roadside assistance was practically non-existent. I called twice at 11:00 AM Eastern Time and nobody answered for over half an hour. It wasn't until 2:00 PM that someone finally picked up. I drove the faulty car to two nearby Hertz locations for a replacement, but no cars were available. They only had lower-tier models available from other locations. To get a similar model, I was told to drive back 300 km to New York Airport. When returning the car, I was charged 1000 RMB for fuel because the tank was only a quarter full.

Hertz is a well-known rental car brand. Although the wait time was a bit long, the service was excellent and the staff was patient, which is more than I can say for some places back home. The store is large, easy to find, and well-equipped.

The use of ezpass its too expensive. I paid 51 bucks for a toll of 16. Even when I not activate ezpass. The car was very good, but not as close as advertised. You gave me a Kia Sorento, when the contract said Nissan Pathfinder.
