I chose this unheard-of rental company because 'Alipay Sesame Credit' allowed for a deposit-free option, which was convenient. However, it turned out that the service capabilities of this small company were limited. We waited for their shuttle, but they kept telling us to wait for the Hilton shuttle. Their office was hidden in a building, and I felt doubtful about their reliability when I went in. When returning the car, there was no fixed return point or staff. They guided us over the phone to find someone at the parking lot below their office building to handle the return. There were no clear signs or directions. Be cautious, everyone. I heard that positive reviews could earn you ¥50, but I prefer to objectively describe my experience rather than take the ¥50 as a responsible user of this platform.

It felt like renting a tractor. All four tires were worn down to the steel wires. At 70 mph, the entire car shook. It was very dangerous! Called the rental company throughout the trip, but no one ever picked up! Couldn't reach anyone. Never renting from this company again.
