No queuing, very fast!

EZi is quite good. They have a store inside the airport, so it's easy to find. The car condition is very new. I booked a Qashqai, but they upgraded me to an X-Trail without extra charge. In our country, the X-Trail is considered a higher tier than the Qashqai.

The staff were very enthusiastic and considerate. They arrived within 5 minutes after I called from the airport. The paperwork was simple. When I returned the car, I didn't have time to refill the fuel. I was told it was okay to estimate a bit more for the fuel charge, but the elderly lady was very considerate and drove us to refuel the car before heading to the airport, which was both accurate and quick... The only downside was that the car was not a current model. It seemed to be a local brand compact car with slightly insufficient power. :P

Convenient, the counter is inside the airport, the staff were fairly friendly, and the car handover was very simple, saving time. However, you need to collect and install the baby car seat yourself, which is a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

We completed the paperwork at the EZI rental car counter inside Christchurch Airport. There is no store, so there's no chance to choose a vehicle; you're given the car keys and directed to the airport parking lot to pick up the car yourself. Initially, we were a bit disappointed with the car. Although it had only been driven for just over 10,000 km, it felt a bit old and was obviously a base model without features like a reversing camera or sensors. There was a long scratch on the left side of the car, but the customer service representative only noted a small damage at the front left. In reality, the scratch extended to the rear door. Since I had full coverage insurance excluding tires, I didn't bother to haggle over it!
