Really good service，even for claim， faster and easy.

The condition of the car is generally good. However things like dented car number plate, rim should be fixed before giving to new customer.

It’s a shame that price drop protector was not activated despite that I’ve only set the low margin %

The staff were lovely at Aucar, they were super helpful and polite. I pre arranged for a certain type of car to fit everything in. Both vehicles requested were there all ready for us. We did have a sheriff question us about some outstanding warrants on the vehicle but nothing came of it, and the car wasn’t seized thankfully. Both cars tyres hardly had any tread on them and one tyre constantly lost air. We filled it each day.

The car was certainly value for money, but the toll administration fees are ridiculous as I pay them on the spot and get charged again by Aucar. Otherwise a good experience.

Like: The car was clean.
Dislike: Thought I will be getting. Kia Grand Carnival as advertise but instead I got a similar model Hyundai iMax.
