Picked up the car in Nice, there was only one person in front of me in line, but the staff was honestly a bit slow, very inefficient!

Friendly and hospitable

The lady at the front desk in France was really nice and efficient. The first car we got was an Opel, but the trunk was too small. After mentioning it to the front desk, they swapped it for a Nissan, which was still small, but we didn't want to complain further, so we made do. So, don't pick up your car at 8 AM! It's very important. They tend to give you less desirable models first. My luggage, which was 26 and 22 inches, couldn't fit in the trunk, one had to be placed in the front seat.
