When I check in: Interrent Office was closed we have to go to Goldcar Office, where we have to wait around 30 minutes. When I check out: I park car at Interrent parking where I pick IT Up, Interrent Office was open, but I have to go to Goldcar and than I have to reparking the car as Well.

The deposit was high over 1000 euros and there was some high pressure to take out their insurance at 270 euros.

Upon picking up the car I was advised I needed to pay 1000 euros deposit vis a credit card, which I do not have, so instead I was compelled to pay 130 euros for fully comp insurance that I did not want, meaning my great deal was in fact, terrible. The staff were rude and the car was downgraded from the reserved 'Golf or similar'

car was ok but the phone number provided for the shuttle didn't existed, the customer service as well, there was no direct contact with the local agency, through the online support managed to get a phone contact that redirect my call to a.different country. Someone had to come from 40km away just to take me to the agency 2km away where i got the car at the end, the agency clerk didn't offer any apology neither any partial refund for the time and petrol wasted by the person who took me to the agency. Extremely unacceptable
