Very satisfied.

When I booked, they said all customers could receive a Suburban. However, at pickup, the customer service said there were none left and gave me a GMC Yukon XL. In the parking lot, I noticed a ready-to-go Suburban parked diagonally opposite. I used my US driver's license and phone customer service for online pickup. So initially, the upselling services weren't too excessive. Still, not getting the car I wanted felt like a rip-off.

A lot of car models to choose from, even the compact series had regular sedans. I chose a Ford. It had a backup camera and other features. Very nice.

The service was good. There were many people waiting in line to pick up the car, but they took me directly to the VIP pickup area.
