Arrived at the counter at 7:30, no early pick-up allowed, had to wait until the scheduled time. Normally, they close at 9 PM, but we returned the car early at 8:30 PM the previous night. The inspector was gone, so we were asked to drop the keys in the box. So far, no issues have arisen.

Overall service was okay. Couldn't find charging spots, so didn't charge the car. Experience was still fine.

Cannot use my vouchers for rebate and all time fees for airport.They will never solve it...

Completly incompetent staff had no idea about anything. Said i had to pay 853€ although that amount included the CDW fee and would have been only blocked. Restarted the system and called her collegue twice cause she thought there was a mistake. Was overstressed by the three costumers she had to handle. Wrote down the wrong parking slot so i lost another 5 min. searching for the car. At drop off they told me on weekends not the Europcar staff is on duty but some third party company. In the end Keddy (Europcar) charged the airport fee, although the voucher says "Taxes and surcharges included" and at the same airport and also booked through easyrentcars AVIS did not charge anything. The car was ok, but nothing more. Highly not recommend.
