I initially booked an Opel Corsa, but they upgraded it to a Fiat Egea SUV for free. Quick and efficient, very good service.

The process was very smooth; I completed the paperwork and picked up the car immediately. It was very clean, with a full tank, and the service was excellent.

The pickup location is inside the airport, but after issuing the document, they just instruct you to find their staff in the parking lot by yourself. It took a long time searching different parking levels and zones before I had to go back and confirm the location again. Additionally, the car's condition was poor, with numerous scratches, an unusual engine noise, and no windshield washer fluid.

The GoldCAR staff spoke excellent English and provided clear and detailed explanations. We purchased full insurance on QEEQ, so they didn’t try to upsell their own insurance.

Both did not satisfy my needs and trrrible customer service .
