The process was simple, and the staff were very friendly.

The balance system of the car had a problem and We didn't feel safe during our travel. The counterman was very slow and he didn't consider the time of the customer.

Staff were helpful when I had to extend the renting period. It was quick and easy.

Like: Low cost including insurance rental for 40 days (by far the cheapest I could find and was upgraded from an economy compact to a premium midsize SUV for the duration of the rental. Also my wife was added as a second driver at no extra cost. The car was brand new with less than 5000 km on the clock.
Dislike: The only negative that i can think of is that the cars interior could have been cleaned a little bit more thoroughly because there was some dog hair on the carpet from a previouse customer who had a dog.
