Overall, it's good, but why do they need to charge in advance? The bank charges fees for both the charge and refund. They persuaded me to buy full insurance so that the advance charge could be avoided, which added over 2,000 yuan. While extra safety is a benefit, it should still be up to the individual. When I picked up a car in the USA, there were no advance charges or additional fees.

Instead, a heavy-set person greeted us and demanded we pay 250 NZD because the floor wasn't cleaned and the walls weren't wiped. They didn't allow us to clean it at their store or nearby. We argued that the package we purchased included cleaning, but they denied it, stating that it was just something the employee said and only the manager's words mattered. We were forced to pay 250 NZD.
