There was no personnel for vehicle handover, the vehicle provided wasn't the one reserved, and it had multiple noticeable scratches that weren't marked. We had to go back to the rental place, wasting a lot of time. There was a mileage limit that wasn't mentioned, and there was no mutual verification of the mileage data. The charge for excess mileage should be communicated and signed off in advance. There was no mileage check when returning the car either. The deposit has not been released two weeks after returning the car, and there are unclear charges. The responsibilities are not clearly defined, making the customer very dissatisfied. Why is the cross-border fee so expensive without a clear standard?

Great experience. First time renting a car and the staff finished everything within 15 minutes. The car was in excellent condition! Will rent again this week!

When picking up the car, the vehicle couldn't be located in the rental company's parking lot. After about 20 minutes of unsuccessful searching, the rental agreement documents were issued again, this time for a different car. Very time-consuming and no apology from the car hire staff.
