Any issues where dealt with quickly. Very clean and very comfortable Toyota Alphard. Rear tv and ac controls. Scratches and marks on exterior off car did not faze us. Plenty of room and space for the whole family is what counted thanks

Do ask about the excess and the insurance and they do not mention it. We had to ask a couple of times, I guess it was just the language barrier.

Hard to find pick up location. Staff were rude. Charged $500 at pick up that is not outlined in T&Cs that gets returned after 20 days, they refused to take credit card, this is not a normal process when hiring cars. They made me check the car for damage in the rain. Tried charging me for a window crack no bigger than 1mm that was not caused by myself. Take a week to respond to emails. Would not recommend.

Only the thing the car was not clean, But I was okay because the price was amazingly cheap. I paid 60 for 3 days only. Even the car was the immediate class car. Not a small one. I highly recommend this car to Travellers
