Rep didn’t speak English. Car had no washer fluid and was not very clean on the inside.

No wait at all to receive the car. Got a free upgrade too. Couldn't be happier!

The car seat was broken and i didn't get a refund. One of the kids vomited and they charged us a lot of money for cleanup- didn't let us clean on our own...

We had a horrible experience with this specific car and the false information that was given to us at Ben Gurion airport from the Albar agent. He told us that the car would need diesel gas. We kept questioning him and he said that diesel was used for that model. Sunday morning the code did not work - we spent 3 hours waiting for a mechanic to fix the problem. Monday - all the lights on the dashboard went off! We drove to the Albar center in Bet Shemesh but before that we filled it up with diesel gas, as instructed. The car stopped working in the middle of 3855 and we waited 4 hours for a tow! The customer service center kept changing the time and it was very difficult to get any information from them. We were told we would have to complete a problem form but no one knew what to do when we dropped the car off at Ramat Beit Shemesh B on Friday morning. We will not be paying for any of the repairs to this car since we were misled and had other problems with it!

This was the worst rental car agency I have ever used. Never again! It took them 2 h to give a car! Uncettable! Did that reason we got to Masada 15 m to late to be able to enter so we could not see it! They had significant effected my vacation by being extrinely inefficient!
