Located right next to the central train station, very easy to find, just a few minutes' walk away. The staff had a good attitude, and the return process was swift, with a dedicated person waiting at the entrance to assist with the car inspection.

I purchased full insurance at the store. The pick-up and drop-off processes were very smooth. The actual vehicle was an MG HS, but since this model wasn't one of the options, I randomly chose another. The car was relatively new.

I booked in Florence city center but failed to realize that they close at 12:30pm on Sunday. After a couple of hours of panic, my wife and I went to the airport car rental, after a few minutes, the staff managed to switch the pickup point to theirs and we were on our way. Very grateful to the staff are the Europcar rental at Florence airport, they helped us out a lot!!!!!!!
