Let down by sofa's in reception area as covers were ill fitting and untidy

I recommend buying insurance from the car rental company. QEEQ's own insurance requires you to pay upfront and the rental company also needs a £2000 deposit, which is locked for a long time. When the accident happened, I called the rental company directly. It's impossible to reach QEEQ's customer service on the phone. If they charge customers, but can't provide the service, why make it difficult for people abroad?

Counter staff were great - a pleasure to deal with. Car was a bit knackered. Wasn't impressed at waiting 40mins for the shuttle bus from the Airport - for that reason alone I wouldn't use again.
