“It took 2+ hours for us to get to a counter to get the car and this was after spending $18 extra.”

It was the worst rental car experience ever. We waited more than two hours to get to the counter and this was after we paid an extra $18 euro to get moved higher in the line. Everyone was annoyed, upset and it was awful.
