Poor service. The free shuttle number was invalid, and the information was misleading.

The agent not telling me the price of toll package

Waited over 2 hours because they didn’t have any vehicles in the class we PAID for. We received a vehicle from a cheaper class which we did not get reimbursed for.

Like: The toll pass to be incloud
Dislike: Overall good experience

Like: The cars there are affordable and they have never taken advantage of us. There are cheaper cars at different locations but buyer beware. Green Motion was the best value for a newer car for the lowest price.
Dislike: The upsell on toll booth pass was a bit much. The person said he couldn't say if all the toll booths had manual lanes. What? On public highways? Bad tactic. We skipped that add on. Also the GPS unit was left in our car from the previous renter. We promptly returned it before leaving to make sure we weren't charged daily for it.
