Insurance Misinformation?

Will not use again. Refused to accept my commercial insurance even though I own the company and it was a business trip. Were convinced they were going to shake me down for their bogus insurance scam. I was ready to walk at that point. Very shaky company. Car was filthy. Had to run it through a car wash and my wife had to wash the windows. Huge dent in the rear. Had to drive all week in that wrecked POS Was nearly on empty—had to get gas on day 1 Will make sure from now on to use the reputable firms even if I have to pay more. I’m one and done.

The car was not mechanically sound. You could not drive it over 55 mph. Counter help did not know what they were doing. I never got my contract that they were suppose to send me on email. No receipt. The price did not include what major car companies waived. (extra driver, toll roads, etc) Paid $35 for tolls that I used $3,50.

Great car. Only with they had more than one agent at the counter. Took a little longer to get through the line.

She tried selling additional insurance which was unnecessary and eventually she abandoned. Overall, it left a bad taste.

Dislike: The first shuttle driver came stoped for 1min didn't even bother to get out the car or open his door to see if anyone needed to get in and took off empty
