I would rent again

Horrible is the only way to describe this company. They left me stuck at the airport waiting on their shuttle for 45 minutes. No one would answer the phone. Then, I had pre-I purchased insurance for $9/day, and they insisted I had to buy more from them. The counter girl was rude, and said she would not give me the car that I had already paid for, unless I gave them another $156. I had no choice, considering it was 9:00 at night. I’ve rented a lot of cars in my day, and never experienced such terrible customer service...Ever!

Wish I would have received a receipt at the time of drop off

I was very disappointed in this car rental company. They tried to over sell us in everything. The vehicle they gave us was not the one we booked. We were forced to buy extra insurance which doubled the price. Basically if something looks too good to be true it is!! I told them I wanted a refund but they said because it was a third party booking that wasn’t possible. The vehicle we got was old and banged up. They wanted to charge us an extra $12 per day for GPS and another $12 per day for toll highways. In all we spent $6.00 on tolls the entire week! Go with someone else!!

No, smaller vehicle than I paid!! I want monies refunded for the difference in rental fees. Thank you

We waited forever to be served. Employees walked past the line up that was out the door never addressing them or at least acknowledging them and apologizing for their wait. Poor guest engagement
