Great experience

The car was not mechanically sound. You could not drive it over 55 mph. Counter help did not know what they were doing. I never got my contract that they were suppose to send me on email. No receipt. The price did not include what major car companies waived. (extra driver, toll roads, etc) Paid $35 for tolls that I used $3,50.

We waited for almost an hour and after calling multiple times with no answer, we were told they were out of cars and couldn’t fulfill our reservation.

We turned in our car on 6/2 and we still have a hold for $500.00 on our credit card. Process to check in was ridiculous. They tried to up sell at every opportunity. Very bad experience especially since I already reserved the card & checked the items I wanted.

I was hesitant to try Green Motion since I’ve never heard of the brand but it was a good experience. The staff were very friendly.

The price offered was very reasonable and cheaper than the more popular third party brands. I like the significant price differences with protection vs. not.

Not helpful at the counter. Had proof of insurance but would not let us leave without purchasing their insurance!
