misleading pricing

Waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle to the pick-up location. Then another 90 minutes in line to get our car. Then when I got to the counter, I was told they didn’t have the size vehicle I reserved. I was offered a smaller car which didn’t handle well going through the mountains. They offered it to me at a lower price, however it was the current rate of the size vehicle they gave me so no real discount for their mistake. Cancelled foxx for an upcoming trip and will never use their company again.

Confusion and wrong key made a car change necessary and took nearly an hour to get car and exit facility.

I arrived on July 9 at 12:30 p.m. I then spent 2 hours and 20 minutes waiting in line for a car that I reserved at the Fox Rent A Car location. The Fox facility was dirty. I will not rent from Fox Rent A Car every again.

Waited forever and a day to get our car. My husband has Parkinson- not handicap friendly.

The only complaint we have about Fox car rental is the wait time ! We waited over 40 min to get to the counter. We have rented cars from other companies and have never had the long wait !
