AWFUL experience!

I have to say...one of the best experiences with a rental company....The agent that assisted in my rental was exemplary. He was informative, courteous and added to my overall vacation satisfaction...thanks so much. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will use again in my future visits.

The personal that attended to us were so kindless and the give us a better car than we had hired for the same price. They advised to us to use hire the machine to pay tolls directly....it was a great idea !!!!

The platform worked very good. Everything perfect. Next time probably we´ll use again. We´ll recomend it to friends.

The counter staff were imbeciles. Had no idea what they were doing. Couldn’t answer simple questions. Couldn’t provide any paperwork or contact info because the printer was broken. Told me to contact MY insurance if the vehicle broke down. Didn’t know their own policies. Totally useless.

Like: Excellent value and service. Friendly shuttle driver and staff.
Dislike: Nothing negative to report. All positive.

Dislike: TOUGH TO FINE WHERE TO GET SHUTTLE OFFICE WAS OVERWELMED, BUT I TOOK IT IN STRIDE CONSIDERING THE VOLUME AND CLIENTS IN FRONT OF ME.
