It was great being able to check in online and go straight to garage to pick up car.

There is extra charge for insurance they tell me to pay or i can not get tha car I am realy suprise why i should pay 83$ that is not include in my price

Alamo counter Agent Antonio was difficult to deal with and insisted that I had to show him a "British Drivers Licence" for the contract to be valid. Even after I showed him a printed version of the contract specifying that a valid USA or Canadian Driver's Licence was acceptable, he was still difficult, combative and argumentative. informing me, that since I used a British Car Rental Agency, I had to present a British Drivers Licence. How sad !!! Antonio attempted to tell me that my Contract with Easy Car rentals for Alamo was not valid !!!. Finally, I was able to convince Antonio, that my Contract was valid and that his interpretation was in-correct. This was a frustrating experience for me, which was uncalled for. There were other issues with Antonio as well because of his rude attitude.
