Great service, thumbs up for QEEQ.

Overall service was satisfactory, no hidden charges, and thorough car inspection at pickup.

The car broke and we have to call 10 times different numbers explaining each time the issue. Some people on phone were only speaking Thai ! We lost 4 hours in the hotel waiting for people coming to repair the car and could not do what planned ! We had no refund from the Europcar

Would have preferred Nissan Almera which was what drew me to rent here. But was issued with its equivalent of Toyota Yaris which wasn't too bad but slightly disappointing.
