Excellent service

The car rental company's service was quite good, and they handled things in an orderly manner. All the documents and the car pickup process were clear.

The staff at the pickup location seemed quite clueless and added extra charges beyond what was on the order. The safety seat they provided was also very poor. After an accident, there was nobody at the counter to answer the phone, so I had to call the hotline number on the contract and then get transferred to the counter. Their hotline and counter staff had differing opinions on whether to call the police, and their final reimbursement response was inconsistent with what was on the contract.

The vehicle was very new, there was no queue and we got the car directly.
