It was a terrible experience. The car broke down when we arrived to pick it up, and it took a long time to get a replacement. We ended up with a car meant for 5 people, but squeezed in 6. I had to handle all the communication with the rental company myself. They said they gave me a discount of over 100 yuan, but I was in a rush and didn't press the issue.

The service was terrible. They didn't provide the car we booked, giving us a lower grade vehicle instead. The drop-off location in Antalya was in a remote residential area you wouldn't believe... The car had a small scratch, and they charged us 700 lira for repair because we didn't report it to the police (it would have just needed some polishing back home). After arguing, they reduced it to 350 lira (repair cost seemed arbitrary). Later, in Goreme, the rental company there clearly stated that small accidents didn't need to be reported and were covered by insurance. Can we give this company a negative rating!

The service during pick-up was acceptable, but the return experience was very poor. We returned the car at Izmir Airport, our last stop, and had a flight to Istanbul the next day. Since our hotel was right next to the airport, we decided to drop off all our luggage at the hotel before returning the car. After returning it, we asked if they could drop us back at the hotel, which was the Hilton nearby. Initially, the person said he didn’t know where the Hilton was, then after a phone call in Turkish, he pretended not to understand English anymore. This made me very angry because his English had been fine previously. Luckily, we had already dropped off our luggage; otherwise, we would have had a huge problem. The experience was awful.

VW Polo car was committed but we got Renault Clio

I don’t like it because they take the deposit without any causes and i send mail but i did not get any answer .
