Extremely dissatisfied, severe mistreatment of customers. They claimed our car was too dirty to tolerate. If they say it's intolerable, does that make it so? We still had time before return, and we were willing to take the car for a wash, but they said once the car entered their store, it wouldn't be allowed out. We still had over an hour before the return time, but they wouldn't let us leave. The cleanliness standard was entirely up to them. I didn't think it was dirty, just had some sand and mud inside from our trip to the Scottish Highlands. Isn't that normal? They delayed our time to catch the flight, insisting we pay a £100 cleaning fee. I just want to ask, does cleaning need to cost £100? I will never choose this company again, very dissatisfied.
