1. When contacting by phone at the airport, the customer service, although in Chinese, was very rude. 2. The rental location is a 10-minute drive from the airport in a small, inconspicuous house, with no noticeable store sign, giving a sense of insecurity. 3. The lady who attended to us was the same rude customer service representative. She immediately tried to sell us full insurance and demanded a deposit equivalent to around 23,000 RMB if we didn't buy it. This was the highest deposit we've ever encountered in our multiple car rentals. Fearing random deductions from the deposit, we reluctantly bought full insurance. 4. The lady was very unprofessional, threatening that we could opt out and be driven back to the airport. She knew it would be almost impossible for us to find another 9-seater car on short notice, so her behavior was simply to make things difficult for us. 5. I strongly recommend using a reputable car rental company. You can find reviews of Fara on Google Maps by searching for this company. It’s clear that this company is full of traps. However, this experience made us extra cautious, so when we returned the car, despite their thorough inspection, they couldn’t find any faults!
